Job summary

MERALCO is seeking an Enterprise Architect to develop, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise architecture framework and roadmap. You will orchestrate planning, governance, and execution of EA strategies to align digital transformation with business objectives and ensure technology solutions drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand business drivers and capabilities to determine system solution designs and change requirements to drive business outcomes.
• Drive integration projects and strategies with business units and development teams.
• Plan and manage integration of new applications into existing systems across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Integration Architecture blueprint.
• Define principles, standards, and patterns to align decisions with future-state architecture vision.
• Create reference architectures and detailed design principles for integration across products and services.
• Evaluate ICT solutions for seamless integration within existing infrastructure.
• Analyze current technology environment to identify deficiencies and plan improvements.
• Guide integration investment decisions based on analysis and expected business value.
• Research integration products and services and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure EA initiatives deliver business value.
• Coordinate with product owners to interpret business processes impacted by integration work.
• Assist in regulatory budgeting forecasts and ERC submissions as required by the project scope.
• Support testing of new integrated software and collaboration with system owners during development.
• Lead integration testing phases to identify and mitigate issues.
