Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design for transformation roadmap projects and high‑impact changes.
• Assist program management in business case creation and technical selections of RFPs/RFIs.
• Review and provide architectural inputs for solution designs on request.
• Develop and refine enterprise architecture artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate across architecture domains to integrate artifacts into modeling tools.
• Coordinate PoCs and technology scans for innovation management.
• Guide stakeholders on disruptive technologies and trends.
• Present IT investment roadmaps aligned with business needs and future estate capabilities.
• Lead implementation planning based on business requirements and IT strategies.
• Oversee EA implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain EA roadmap and architecture views on an annual basis.
• Communicate the value of EA to the organization.

About The Role

The Enterprise Architect supports transformation initiatives by designing solutions, contributing to business cases and technical evaluations, and providing architectural guidance across projects. Develops and maintains enterprise architecture standards and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Participate in solution designing for transformation Roadmap projects and high impact change request/new projects


• Assist program management team in Business case creation solution concept creation & technical selections of the RFPs/RFIs


• Review and provide architectural inputs for the solution design as & when requested by program management team


• Develop and refine all enterprise architecture artifacts and technology standards to build architecture content repository


• Collaborate Across various architecture domains such as business application information, technology, risk, etc. to integrate artifacts into architecture modeling tool


• Technology scan & coordinating the PoC for innovation management


• Guide and advise stakeholders about disruptive technologies and trends


• Present a gap analysis and/or IT investment roadmap that reflects the status of the existing IT estate, namely its ability to contribute to future estate business capabilities around ecosystem and digital platforms


• Lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture base on business requirements and IT strategies


• Oversees enterprise architecture implementation, continuous improving and ongoing refined activities


• Maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap &architecture view (update & rebased line on annual basis


• Communication the value of the enterprise architecture to the organization.
