You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure standards, and maintain governance while translating business imperatives into technology programs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of current, emerging, and future technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong improvement‑measurement mindset.
• Experience in linking business imperatives to technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in documenting and standardizing operational procedures.
• Track record of leading delivery and project teams to meet SLA targets.
• Program and project management experience with executive leadership and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technology impacts on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Link corporate vision, mission, and strategies to the Technology Master Plan and to the Applications, Data, and Infrastructure Roadmap using architectural frameworks, models, and artifacts.
• Work across organizational and technology silos to drive common approaches and maximize the use of technologies, applications, and data as company assets.
• Document and standardize operational procedures and implement appropriate controls to ensure operational stability.
• Facilitate infrastructure activities that support ongoing transactional and analytical application release and deployment projects.
• Direct and lead delivery and project teams to ensure that standards are maintained, SLA requirements are met, and internal customers are satisfied.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of technology platforms, infrastructure, and application management requirements, customer and application landscape onboarding, and implementations.
• Apply a program and project management approach that is open, results‑oriented, and effective when working with client executive leadership (L2s and L3s), delivery leadership, and geographically dispersed virtual delivery teams.
