Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a senior Enterprise Architect to develop and drive the architecture strategy for digital transformation and scalable platforms in a telecommunications context.

You will lead modernization and integration of BSS/OSS, CRM, and billing systems using cloud, microservices, and API-first approaches. You will define standards, governance, and patterns to ensure security, scalability, and compliance, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 10 years IT/architecture experience, 3+ years in enterprise architecture, telecom/digital tech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS, CRM, billing systems, integration and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in microservices, API-first and event-driven architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with TOGAF, TM Forum standards, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap for digital transformation and scalable platforms.
• Lead modernization/integration of legacy BSS/OSS, CRM, and billing via cloud, microservices, API-first and event-driven patterns.
• Establish standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and tech guidelines for interoperability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to translate requirements into architecture and implementation plans.
• Evaluate new technologies, drive innovation, and mentor teams through architecture reviews and best practices.
