Job summary

Haast is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in the Philippines to be the single point of contact for enterprise users. You will own the customer experience during issues, coordinate with engineering, and ensure clear updates.

This remote role requires overlap with US ET and Australian mornings, a strong SaaS/AI support background, and a proactive approach to building knowledge, runbooks, and self-serve documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer support, customer success, or operations within a SaaS or AI product environment.
• Experience navigating enterprise customers and owning outcomes independently.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a young company.

Responsibilities

• Write all customer-facing updates on bugs and requests with clear, actionable information.
• Manage timelines and expectations when engineering fixes are in flight.
• Triage tickets, reproduce issues, and escalate with complete reproduction data.
• Maintain internal runbooks and contribute to knowledge base for customers.
• Own the customer experience end-to-end and coordinate with success/engineering teams.
