Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager AI to lead the design, deployment and governance of AI and agent-based solutions for enterprise clients. You will bridge technical and business needs to deliver scalable outcomes in complex environments and across multinational teams.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists and product stakeholders, driving architectures for LLM-based applications and cloud integrations while ensuring high quality and timely delivery for USA-based

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading technical design, solution architecture or delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise solution patterns in AI/ML.
• Strong client-facing communication for USA-based stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, agile teams in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of AI and agent-based solutions from initial discovery to production readiness.
• Define scalable architectures for custom agents, AI integrations and cloud-native AI applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, analysts and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and technical excellence.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation plans.
• Provide leadership for solutions using platforms such as Google ADK, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock or AgentCore.
• Ensure the development of custom agents aligns with performance, scalability and integration requirements with enterprise systems.
• Resolve complex issues spanning AI layers, cloud platforms and systems integration.
• Drive architectural decisions for LLM applications, including areas like memory, context handling and observability.
• Partner with delivery and client teams to align on strategies, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Act as a bridge between pre-sales and implementation phases to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in USA-based engagements.
• Contribute to reusable patterns, accelerators and best practices for enterprise AI solutions.
