Job summary

Luxoft seeks an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect to lead the technical foundation for Automation, AI, and Generative AI initiatives across our database services landscape. You will define the roadmap for capabilities, including AI Agents, GenAI integrations, and RAG-based solutions, ensuring governance and enterprise readiness.

You will collaborate with Database Engineering, Cloud, Security, Architecture, and AI teams, mentor engineers, and establish standards for development,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Automation Architecture, or related senior roles.
• Strong software engineering and system design background with experience designing enterprise-scale automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and automation tooling in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the AI & Automation architecture strategy for Database Platforms.
• Lead the evolution of existing automation solutions and frameworks.
• Design scalable, reusable automation architectures.
• Drive GenAI adoption to improve operational efficiency and engineer productivity.
• Architect integrations with enterprise AI services and platforms.
• Establish development standards, governance, security controls, observability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Database Engineering, Cloud, Security, Architecture, and AI teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership for AI and automation initiatives.
