Job summary

Thinkdharma, Inc is seeking a marketing & enrollment specialist to drive enrollment and studio promotion on-site in Pasig. You will handle inquiries across social channels and follow up leads to convert interest into registrations.

In this role, you will develop monthly marketing calendars, plan promotions, manage social media, build partnerships, and promote exhibits and performances. The position requires 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with health and life insurance provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate enrollment and promote the studio.
• Handle inquiries and respond to Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/Messenger inquiries.
• Follow up leads and explain programs.
• Follow up inactive students.
• Upsell additional programs.
• Develop monthly marketing calendar.
• Plan promotions and manage social media postings.
• Develop partnerships and promote exhibits and performances.
• Monitor competitors.
