Job summary
Tabisuta Training Center is seeking an experienced ESL teacher to provide one-on-one coaching to Japanese clients, developing personalized plans and tracking progress. This on-site role in Mandaue, Cebu, offers growth from Coach to Senior Coach and a path toward curriculum development and team leadership.
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or any field, strong English skills, and flexibility for morning or afternoon shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or any field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
- IELTS/TEFL/TESOL certification is a strong advantage.
- Basic Japanese is a bonus — not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one English coaching sessions to Japanese clients.
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned to each learner's goals.
- Track student progress and adjust your approach accordingly.
- Create an encouraging, high-energy learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and team initiatives.
