Job summary

Tabisuita Training Center is seeking an experienced ESL Consultant to lead a team of coaches while delivering high-quality English sessions for Japanese professionals. This role emphasizes training quality, team growth, and learner success, beyond traditional teaching.

You will design and refine curricula, supervise coaching staff, monitor progress, and collaborate with management on program goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in ESL or training environment.
IELTS/TEFL/TESOL certification required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of ESL coaches, providing regular performance feedback.
Deliver and oversee one-on-one and small group English coaching sessions for Japanese professionals.
Design, review, and continuously improve curriculum and learning materials.
Track learner progress at a team level and implement quality-improvement strategies.
Coordinate class scheduling, workload distribution, and coach onboarding.
Liaise with management on program goals, reporting, and team KPIs.
Lead team meetings and participate in curriculum development initiatives.
