Job summary

Winning English Academy is seeking a TOEIC specialist to oversee program delivery across campuses and align teaching with the TOEIC framework.

Reporting to the Academic Director, you will coach trainers, monitor learner progress, drive academic quality and consistency, and collaborate with Curriculum & Research Development.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coordinating TOEIC preparation programs.
• Strong knowledge of the TOEIC framework, test structure, and assessment.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to translate feedback into practical teaching improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TOEIC program delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across campuses and levels.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and guide practical improvements.
• Observe classes and provide trainers with constructive coaching and feedback.
• Identify teacher development needs and coordinate relevant training.
• Collaborate with Curriculum & Research Development to review materials and pilot new content.
• Report student outcomes and program needs to the Academic Director.
• Work with other Program Heads to strengthen academic consistency.

Winning English Academy is looking for a TOEIC specialist who can strengthen teaching quality, support trainers, and turn student performance insights into better learning experiences.

In this new leadership role, you will oversee TOEIC program delivery across our campuses. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will work closely with our Curriculum & Research Development team to keep teaching and materials consistent, relevant, and aligned with the TOEIC framework.

Location: Cebu - on-site, face-to-face
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Rest days: Saturday and Sunday

You will help shape a new program leadership role with influence across campuses. This is an opportunity to apply your TOEIC expertise to teacher development, academic quality, and stronger learner outcomes.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
