SIFANG is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support the growth of its Philippines team. You will lead recruitment for engineers, build university partnerships, and ensure smooth HR operations, payroll coordination and employee relations across local and international stakeholders.

We value 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with a track record of hiring technical talent in the Philippines and coordinating campus recruitment. English and Filipino communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Proven ability to recruit engineering/technical talent in the Philippines and coordinate campus hiring.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment requirements, payroll coordination, benefits and employee relations.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with local and international teams.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for engineers and local positions, covering sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build relationships with universities and coordinate campus recruitment and internships.
• Develop local talent pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networks and partners.
• Manage HR records, attendance, leave, probation, exits and ensure compliant local processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and compensation reviews with service providers.
• Guide managers on performance discussions, learning needs and employee relations; drive onboarding and team activities.
