The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, be a licensed engineer, and possess at least three years of relevant experience in food manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, achieving KPIs, and ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC).
At least three years of relevant experience in food manufacturing.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Project Management.
Strong knowledge of electrical generating plant P&IDs.
Background in refrigeration systems is an advantage.
Willingness to work shifting schedules and overtime as necessary.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementation of engineering projects.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance records.
Monitor and check countermeasures to achieve section KPIs.
Create Scopes of Work and lead projects for line improvements.
Manage operation and maintenance costs effectively.
Ensure adherence to safety programs and industry standards.
Manage manpower scheduling and staff development.
