Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a shift supervisor for our food production team in Pasig, Metro Manila. A bachelor’s degree in food technology or related engineering field is required, with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, preferably bakery or commercial processing.

You will oversee shift operations, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, real-time quality control, and maintain attendance logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in bakery or commercial food processing preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, and basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction).

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines; focuses on execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance and real-time quality control.
• Manages personnel shift logs and attendance, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
