Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily engineering and facilities maintenance operations at Barangay Magugpo, Tagum City.

You will supervise the technical team, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safe, reliable, and compliant building systems. The role requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, along with strong leadership and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant engineering or facilities maintenance experience, including one year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and technical report preparation.
• A valid professional engineering license is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and respond to maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment defects, safety hazards, and repair needs.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance concerns and service requests.
• Monitor tools, spare parts, and supplies needed for maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and respond to maintenance emergencies.
