You will implement preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, manage inventory, prepare reports, and support budgeting while enforcing safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of engineering and maintenance personnel.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical and facility-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair and maintenance services.
• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building standards.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for engineering operations.
• Train and guide technicians and maintenance staff.
