• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute the 3-5 year site technical roadmap and site outage scope to align infrastructure needs with central strategic goals.
• Serve as the accountable lead for site reliability, performance recovery and root cause analysis on major technical failures.
• Drive a "Safety by Design" culture, serving as the primary technical reviewer for MOC and ensuring compliance with local EH&S, ERC, DOE, and DENR regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within a local engineering team while overseeing project execution, LCMP, and CAPEX feasibility studies.

As Engineering Sr. Manager, you will ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of the Pagbilao facility by providing technical leadership and overseeing engineering, reliability, and performance activities, contributing directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with site leaders, technical experts, project managers, and the central national team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop, own, and execute the 3-5 year site technical roadmap and site outage scope to align infrastructure needs with central strategic goals.
• Serve as the accountable lead for site reliability, performance recovery (Net Heat Rate optimization), and root cause analysis (RCA) on major technical failures.
• Drive a "Safety by Design" culture, serving as the primary technical reviewer for Management of Change (MOC) and ensuring compliance with local EH&S, ERC, DOE, and DENR regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within a local engineering team while overseeing project execution, Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMP), and site-specific CAPEX feasibility studies.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related Engineering field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Net Heat Rate (NHR) optimization.
• Proficiency in engineering software, project management tools, and maintenance management systems.
• Strong track record in Management of Change (MOC), risk management, and technical documentation governance.
