Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a qualified Engineer to lead the daily operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF systems at a Baguio site. The role requires a registered engineer and over 3 years of relevant experience, with on-site responsibilities.

Employment is fixed-term for 2 years, with potential for regularization based on performance. Compensation includes a performance bonus, and the schedule runs Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• No age restriction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation, routine inspection, and preventive/corrective maintenance of all MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) equipment, including Chillers, HVAC systems, Cooling Towers, GenSets, and Boilers.
