Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for an on-site role. With 3+ years of experience, you will design and maintain engineering solutions, analyze issues, and support project planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and management of building facilities and MEPF systems including HVAC, cooling towers, GenSets, boilers, and building electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement engineering solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis and troubleshoot engineering issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

• HVAC Systems
