Job summary

Ford’s Vehicle Care engineering team is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary group of software engineers. You will own the technical strategy, scale practices, and partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing and backend platforms.

You will mentor engineers, foster an inclusive culture, drive architecture decisions, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven ability to guide architecture and design across teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders.
