Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design, automation, switchgear, or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear systems, CAD, PLC, and VFD applications.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team to achieve performance and business goals.
• Oversee product design, costing, quality, and engineering improvements.
• Drive value engineering, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Fabrication, Sales, and other departments to support product development and manufacturing objectives.
• Resolve technical issues, manage project timelines, and improve factory performance.
• Establish KPIs, monitor results, and develop future engineering leaders.
