Job summary

You will prepare and issue invoices, process customer statements, monitor payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies. • Experience in processing sales invoices and customer billing.
• Experience in collections and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner.
• Process customer billing statements and ensure correctness of charges.
• Monitor and process collections, including recording and reconciling payments received.
• Follow-up on outstanding /overdue accounts as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing or invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, billing records, and collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other related accounting tasks as assigned.
