HRTX in the Philippines seeks an Engineering & Service Senior Manager to lead the Engineering and After-Sales Service Department. You will oversee service delivery, warranty programs, spare parts management, and customer support to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

You will drive service efficiency, profitability, and long-term relations with clients and suppliers, while mentoring engineers and service staff to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in HVAC systems, equipment maintenance, and warranty administration.
• Strong background in commercial kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning equipment.
• Experience in after-sales service operations, parts sales, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and customer relations skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to prepare cost and pricing analyses.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
