• Takes over accomplishment of dedicated (local or function specific) workstream, as part of an overarching infrastructure project.
• Provides local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e.g., as 'System Owner', 'Process Owner').
• Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.

Responsibilities

• Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes.
• Contributing to design and implementation, or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications.
• Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.
• Planning and executing regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality, speed, safety or security.
• Communicating with vendors and service providers, identifying operational IT problems and seeking resolution.
• May perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, and train management and staff in the utilization of IT infrastructure.
• Monitors functional-specific trends and derives recommendation for their (incremental) improvements.
• Executes focused research.
• Creates informative reports to support change or adaptation for processes and infrastructure systems.
• Contributes to projects or processes to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness.
• Takes over accomplishment of dedicated (local or function specific) workstream, as part of an overarching infrastructure project.
