Job summary

RZ Ecommerce Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, to maintain and optimize our IT backbone, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.

You will oversee ERP and business systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and provide hands-on technical support to all departments to ensure business continuity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Proactive approach to improving system efficiency or security.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud servers (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud suite administration.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 security standards.
• Certifications like CCNA, ITIL4, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus.

About This Role

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware, cloud environments, and business systems. The role ensures reliable day-to-day IT operations, stable connectivity, data protection, and efficient technical support to all departments. This position plays a critical role in supporting business continuity and operational growth through hands-on technical expertise.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in IT infrastructure or systems administration, ideally in e-commerce or logistics.
• Proactive Innovation: Demonstrated ability to evaluate current infrastructure and present innovative solutions and ideas to improve system efficiency or security.
• Operational Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of infrastructure projects and troubleshooting from start to finish.
• Server Expertise: Strong familiarity with server administration, including managing both on-premise hardware and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server, Virtualization (Proxmox/VMware), and Cloud Suite Administration (Google/Microsoft).
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 27001 frameworks and the creation of IT security policies.
• Certifications: Holding certifications such as CCNA, ITIL4, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ is considered a significant advantage and demonstrates a verified level of technical expertise.
