Job summary

Insight invites an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions across a consumer goods context. You will work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Siebel implementations and ensure quality through testing and deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on Siebel configuration, tools management, and collaboration in an Agile environment, with opportunities for growth and upskilling within Insight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Siebel CRM, preferably in Consumer Goods domain.
• Proficiency in Siebel Configuration using Siebel Tools (applets, views, BCs, bo, links).
• Experience with Siebel IOs, VBCs, EBCs, SRF, LOVs, Security & Access Control, and State Models.
• Strong SQL and Oracle DB knowledge and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Siebel CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Perform end-to-end Siebel configuration and customizations.
• Manage Siebel Tools, Open UI customizations, and UI enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver design documents.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and assist with deployments.
• Support Siebel upgrades, patches, and repository migrations.
• Ensure coding standards and CRM best practices; follow ITIL processes.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel CRM (Consumer Goods Application) to design, develop, and support enterprise-level CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Siebel implementations.
