Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CSE, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of technical experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows, with familiarity with ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of technical experience or strong demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems , with familiarity in productivity and security platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI , and basic scripting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
