Job summary

Cardinal Health in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to join our Application Development & Maintenance team. You will design, build, test and support Salesforce solutions, including flows, Apex, integrations and automation, while ensuring production stability and timely issue resolution.

You'll collaborate with pharmacy operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver reliable software that supports healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Apex, integrations, security, and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application, system, and integration issues in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the daily production environments.
• Ensure scheduled jobs complete as designed and all system workflows are functioning as required.
• Communicate production issues, status, and business impact, and resolution to IT and business stakeholders.
• Production issues are identified, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all escalation paths are followed based on criticality and impact to customers.
• Complete all change management related documents.
• Complete all SOP-related documentation following issue resolution.
• Escalate recurring issues with the IT team for long term resolution.
• Collaboration with the pharmacy operations team, CITRIX team, vendor, and all internal infrastructure and database teams as required.
• Support application releases, deployments, maintenance activities, and production validation.

***What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health*** Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value. Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally facing business needs.
