Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking an Application Development & Maintenance professional to support software systems in a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes understanding system workflows, troubleshooting, and providing technical support within healthcare IT environments. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of Brightree support experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Brightree support experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry, preferably in diabetes care, medical devices, home healthcare, clinical support operations or healthcare payers/providers.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and answer technical questions including system workflows and data/integration discussions.
• IT or technology background such as application support, help desk, business systems analysis, software support, healthcare IT or technical operations.

• Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks.
• Works on projects of limited scope and complexity.
• Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems.
• Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions.

What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
