About the role

As an Engineer at Arta Technik, you will play a key role in the planning and design of innovative architectural solutions for our diverse range of clients. You will be based in Angono, Rizal, Calabarzon.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to gather relevant data and information for project planning, design and execution

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process

• Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices

About you

• A degree in Engineering

• PRC License is required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the design and construction industry

• Strong proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and clients

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
