• Understand the context, tone, and intent of each discussion before responding
• Create original, natural and human-sounding replies based on the situation
• Improve or rewrite system-generated responses when needed
• Publish approved replies directly through the appropriate platform account
• Continue conversations professionally when users respond
• Identify conversations that may show genuine interest about the client
• Review which replies perform well and use the results to improve future responses
• Provide feedback and examples that can help improve the system's suggested replies
