URGENT HIRING

We are looking for a Brand Reputation & Content Specialist that would help us to protect and restore brand sentiment across online platforms (with a heavy focus on Reddit), build media and blogger relationships, and produce high-quality web content.

Core Responsibilities

1. Reddit & Online Reputation Management

• Monitor brand mentions, keywords, and discussions daily across Reddit, forums, and social channels.
• Intervene in active, negative Reddit threads using authentic, non-corporate communication that respects Reddit culture and rules.
• Turn around negative sentiment by addressing user grievances, clarifying misinformation, and escalating valid operational issues internally.
• Identify high-risk threads or trending negative topics and develop swift response protocols.

2. Content Creation & Editing

• Write, edit, and proofread high-converting content for the company website, landing pages, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Produce clear, engaging copy that aligns with the brand voice and directly addresses common customer concerns or FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product/service information on web channels is accurate and up to date.

3. Blogger & Media Outreach

• Connect with bloggers, journalists, niche influencers, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and backlinks.
• Draft press releases, pitches, and guest post content to promote positive brand stories across external publications.
• Build and maintain a database of key media contacts and digital publisher relationships.

4. Community Engagement Strategy

• Design and execute proactive engagement strategies to foster a loyal, positive online community.
• Create educational or value-driven posts on forums and Reddit to build organic brand goodwill before crises occur.
• Analyze sentiment trends and provide monthly reports on reputation metrics, media reach, and forum engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience in digital media management.
• Reddit Fluency: Deep, organic knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddit dynamics, and unspoken etiquette (essential to avoid backfire).
• Copywriting Skills: Exceptional written English skills for both casual forum banter and polished web copy.
