We are seeking experienced Social Media Moderators to join our remote team. As a valued member of our talent network, you will monitor and moderate social feeds, respond to public inquiries using pre-approved text, and escalate issues to our client's security team when necessary.

As an Engagement Moderator, you will:

1. Utilize your previous experience in Social Media moderation, translation, and live engagement.
2. Adhere to evolving rules and workflows.
3. Stay informed and up-to-date with relevant information.
4. Undergo additional profile, background, and ID checks for client security.
5. Install and use specific security software.

Please Note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
