Keywords Studios is seeking a Trust & Safety Moderator in Bacolod on a full-time onsite basis. You will monitor and moderate gaming content to protect players from harassment, hate speech, and harmful material while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, resilience to exposure to challenging content, and the ability to adapt to evolving moderation practices. Onsite work with a supportive team environment is offered.

This role is open to candidates based in Bacolod City. Candidates are required to report onsite. The office is located at VSB Building, 7th St, Bacolod City, 6100.

As a Moderator, your mission is to create a safe and positive gaming environment for all players and communities. You will play a vital role in protecting gamers from harmful content, including harassment, hate speech, and unnecessary violence. By diligently monitoring and filtering content, you will ensure they can enjoy their passion without fear of harassment, unwanted content or bullying. Your dedication as a guardian of the gaming community will foster a space that thrives on respect, inclusivity, and the joy of gaming. Our Moderation test will require typing, so we would encourage you to take it on a computer and make sure you have the keyboard in your language settings to facilitate its completion. • Once you submit your test, the assessment will take approximately 48-72 hours to be evaluated


• If you successfully pass the test - we'll invite you for the online Interview via MS Teams with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. It's a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better. For some projects there might be a second interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager


• At the end of our journey - hopefully you will receive an offer and become our new Keywordian!
