Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years direct work experience in life sciences analytics (consulting, CRO, biopharma or related).

Responsibilities

• Develop and design analysis plans and perform analyses using R/SQL/python on claims, survey, and sales data.
• Execute multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Communicate methods and findings to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to proposal development and gain methodological analytics expertise.
• Support analytics product development with the product team.
• Own product development for single or multiple modules.
• Explain the contextual why of each analysis task to meet client needs.
• Identify data gaps and communicate resolutions with project leaders.
• Mentor junior team members and provide code reviews.
