Job summary

ProcDNA in India seeks an Engagement Lead with 5+ years of hands-on patient journey analytics experience within the pharma space. You will lead client discussions and deliver tailored analytics solutions across patient journeys, progression, and behavioral segmentation.

You will develop patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data, translate insights into strategic actions, and collaborate with global teams to shape brand and medical strategies.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages.
• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to present clear, data-driven narratives.

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for an Engagement Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharma space.
