Trinity is seeking a talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individual to join our RWE Analytics team as a Sr. Manager Data Science. The Sr.Manager will provide advanced analytics to drive insights across the Real-World Evidence (RWE) function. This may include Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), commercial analytics, epidemiology, HCP segmentation and more. In general, the Sr. Manager Data Science at Trinity will be an integral part of project teams comprised of skilled colleagues and management team members. This environment allows for ample exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate for this position will contribute to the firm's success through a strong work ethic, particularly in team settings, and can communicate with statisticians and non-statisticians alike. The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Manager Data Science will be to design and develop end to end analysis plan, provide advance analysis of complex and/or large datasets, produce sophisticated R/ Python code, deliver sound analytics insights, effectively present findings to both internal and external groups, support business development activity and coach/ mentor junior team members in their project work.
Education: MS or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or Biostatistics/ Bachelors in any discipline.
Work Experience: 8+ years direct work experience in a related field (life sciences consulting, CRO, biopharma and/or general consulting) conducting advanced analytics.
