Job summary

AboitizPower in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an Originations Specialist to support site acquisition requirements, coordinate with landowners, agents, brokers and government agencies, and help build strong relationships to advance ARI projects.

You will work with Origination Managers and Land Solutions to deliver results, present weekly updates, and help ensure smooth processes and compliance while contributing to our energy transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the power industry or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in land acquisition, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience doing field work and handling multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle field work related to potential acquisition of new sites as assigned by team leader.
• Obtain requirements necessary for new site acquisition projects and support admin tasks.
• Assist negotiations related to land and serve as liaison with stakeholders for ARI.
• Conduct research on landowner information and areas of interest.
• Support local transaction implementation and suggest process improvements.
• Present and report project updates on a weekly basis.
