Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking an experienced role focused on supporting store monitoring and energy commissioning across supermarket HVAC and refrigeration systems. The job involves leveraging EMS and energy management to ensure reliable daily operations and communicating performance issues to maintenance teams and contractors.

The candidate will analyze data, develop IT solutions, and publish reports to help improve performance and quality across ACI division locations.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Refrigeration and HVAC industry.
Understanding of refrigeration cycle and HVAC equipment operation.
Experience installing/servicing supermarket refrigeration & HVAC systems preferred.
EMS programming, operating & repair skills.
Customer service and facilities management experience desired.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships related to energy management and commissioning for all locations.
Analyze HVAC/R problems and manage plan execution.
Analyze trends and suggest options based on HVAC/R knowledge.
Monitor workflows and optimize daily monitoring procedures.
Improve facility conditions while reducing repair expenses to meet goals.
Drive reduction in energy usage in mechanical systems at retail sites.
Daily programming of energy management systems.
Ensure hardware in stores remains functional for real-time energy monitoring.
Create and deliver reports and scorecards within deadlines.
Manage conflicts and team performance proactively and reactively.
Track and escalate workforce management issues.
Recommend actions to ensure optimum service levels.
Develop process improvements and perform related duties.
