Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a structured derivatives originator to be based in London, focusing on origination, structuring and risk management solutions for energy and commodities clients.

You will lead client relationships, structure OTC derivatives, and provide market insights across oil, gas, power, carbon, renewables and agricultural products, while ensuring compliant execution and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of origination and negotiation of structured derivative transactions.
• Experience in structuring is a plus.
• Strong analytical and market interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Origination & Sales: develop and maintain client relationships for structured transactions.
• Structuring & Execution: lead structuring and negotiation of OTC derivatives (swaps, options, forwards).
• Market Intelligence: provide insights on trends, price risks across energy sectors.
• Solution Design: collaborate with clients to create risk management and financing solutions.
• Risk Management: ensure solutions align with policies and market conditions.
• Cross-Selling: identify opportunities across product suite including financing and physical supply.
• Client Development: expand CFP Energy’s presence through business development and industry participation.
