You will develop KPI reports, communicate vulnerability information to support groups, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and drive timely remediation of security risks using tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of technical experience or strong demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with familiarity in ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and willing to undergo further training as needed.
• Travel Time: 0% - 25%

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Endpoint Compliance Team within a global organization.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver KPI reports to management.
• Establish and manage effective communication channels for vulnerability information dissemination.
