Job summary

ANZ Global Services and Operations (Manila), Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time security engineer in Metro Manila to strengthen endpoint security, with additional focus on email security and cloud app controls.

You will configure and manage security platforms, participate in upgrades, and provide after-hours on-call support. The role requires deep expertise in Defender for Endpoint, EDR/XDR, Linux/Windows/macOS, and enterprise tooling like SCCM, Intune, and Puppet.

Qualifications

Strong endpoint security expertise with enterprise platforms.
Experience configuring Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
Knowledge of Defender for Office 365 and email protection.
Hands-on with SCCM, Intune, and Puppet.
Understanding of AD, Entra ID, Virtual Desktops, and cloud services.
Ability to align security with business goals and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global units to support security platforms across endpoint, email, and cloud applications.
Troubleshoot endpoint security technologies including EDR/XDR.
Manage upgrades, enhancements, and requests.
Maintain email security controls, including threat protection and secure gateways.
Provide after-hours on-call security support.
Identify process improvements aligned to regulatory requirements.
