Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) seeks an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage dual UEM environments and lifecycle operations across packaging, deployment, and OS servicing. The role demands strong troubleshooting depth, ITSM discipline, and ownership of SLA adherence.

You will lead vulnerability remediation, automation, and AI-driven improvements, while coordinating cross-team efforts in war rooms to restore services quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SCCM administration

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day endpoint engineering and operational outcomes across packaging to deployment, OS servicing, patching, remediation, and configuration.
• Participate in major incident bridges/war rooms to ensure service restoration within SLAs and contribute to MTTR reduction.
• Drive AI adoption by piloting ideas to improve reliability, speed, and user experience while following security and privacy standards.
• Implement and maintain MECM patching operations: ADRs, deployment rings, maintenance windows, and compliance reporting.
• Create repeatable runbooks and automation to reduce manual toil and error.
