Job summary

Amcor is seeking a high-impact Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and trading operations, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and optimal service levels. You will drive S&OP, inventory, and sourcing strategies while collaborating across functions to optimize cost and capital.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and a proven track record in manufacturing or trading environments.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge (e.g., QAD or similar).
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP process with demand review, supply planning, and executive alignment.
Develop and execute feasible production and materials plans.
Oversee shipping, logistics, and distribution for cost-efficient, on-time delivery.
Ensure full import/export regulatory compliance and documentation.
Support trading operations with sourcing, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
Maintain real-time inventory data and ERP integrity; use analytics for decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, and OHSE to align activities.
Coach and develop the Supply Chain team; drive continuous improvement.
