Job summary

ALSTOM Gruppe is seeking a Transport & Customs Officer in Ortigas, Philippines. The role entails managing shipping, customs compliance, and documentation across incoming and outgoing goods within a railway and construction context.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in import/export procedures, ERP/SAP (IM/WM), and at least two years in a management role, with the ability to handle multiple shipments under pressure and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial / Supply Chain master's program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position.
• Strong background in import/export procedures and rules in the Philippines and other countries (Customs, Incoterms).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
• Experience in Construction or Railway industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end shipping and customs process.
• Coordinate shipments with internal teams and logistics providers.
• Prepare and submit customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and generate reports on shipping activities and compliance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards in transport and handling.
