Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Payroll Processing Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for its employees in the Philippines. The role emphasizes accurate processing, reporting, and resolving employee inquiries with a strong focus on customer service and Excel-driven analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Enterprise EV5/EV6 and Kronos Timekeeping, plus familiarity with payroll regulations and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise EV5/EV6 preferred.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System v8.1.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for end-to-end Payroll processing administration for Tenet employees.
• Reviewing, analyzing and processing all payroll information for a designated group.
• Effective use of Payroll systems and company standard technologies.
• Resolve employee needs while providing exceptional customer service.
