Job summary

Avature, a market-leading enterprise SaaS provider for talent acquisition and talent management, is seeking an Integrations Analyst based in Manila. This role leads integration projects end-to-end, from functional analysis to solution design and project management, serving as the main contact for clients and internal teams.

You will gather requirements, design scalable integrations, manage timelines and risks, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders while staying current with AI

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong experience in functional analysis and understanding of systems end-to-end.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Kick off projects by gathering customer needs and integration requirements.
• Design scalable and reliable integration solutions considering system dependencies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects, including timelines and risks.
• Coordinate communication between customers and development teams for clarity and alignment.
• Represent the technical team to customers and partners, driving projects to success.
• Document customer needs and integration requirements clearly for all stakeholders.
• Lead high-level functional design discussions with development teams.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on progress according to timelines and priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve the lifecycle.
