• Prepare and submit documentation in support of various claims activities.
• Deal with all inquiries and payments quickly.
• Keep clients' files updated and record payments made and received.
• Prepare necessary client documentation.
• Appoint insurance loss adjusters and private investigators when required.
• Manage long-term claims and reassess them regularly.
• Make recommendations for the settlement of claims.
• Inform clients if claims are accepted and how they will be allocated.
• Organize payments to clients.
• Monitor all claims status until settlement is complete.
