Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage claims end-to-end in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with customers throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers, assessors, and stakeholders to resolve claims promptly.
• Establish claim reserves and ensure updates based on assessor reports.
• Process payments within delegated authority and company procedures.
• Interpret policy coverage and communicate decisions, escalating when needed.
• Identify and pursue recovery opportunities to minimize costs and maximize recoveries.
• Provide insights to Underwriting and Risk teams for decision making.
