Job summary

Napintas Logistics and Distribution, Inc. is seeking an detail-oriented Encoder to support our Sales team for a 3-month temporary replacement in Mandaue, Cebu. The role involves encoding sales orders, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work from 2PM to 11PM and start immediately in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder to support our Sales team as a 3-month temporary replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately encode sales orders received from salesmen
• Maintain organized filing systems for sales records and client information
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• With 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required
